Andreas Peglitsis is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Scientific Cyprus Technical Chamber (ETEK) with over 10-years’ experience in the property industry in London, Limassol and Cyprus in general.

He has carried out a large amount of various type valuations for investors, developers and financial institutions.

He gratuated from Salford University with a degree BSc in Property Management & Investment. Also, he is a member of the 'Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors' (M.R.I.C.S.) and certified by the 'Scientific Cyprus Technical Chamber' (ETEK)
